    My Transaction got failed but amount got deducted from my SBI account, when I call SBI Customer care they are help less in transactions related to BHIM App. How would I get my money back. It’s been 3 day’s and I did not see any update on the status in the BHIM app.

      In case of failures money will be refunded back to your account. Sometimes this takes longer than intended. If you do not receive the refund within 1 hour, please contact customer support at your bank.

        I have contacted the banks customer care but they have no idea of BHIM app related transactions. Now that amount is deducted from my account. Will that be credit back to my account again?

    THIS BHIM APP is very good and better of all other bank apps. i am doing multy bank transations (ie;ANDHRA BANK, INDIAN BANK, IDBI BANK) through this app

    I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS WITH ONE REGISTERED MOBILE NO IN STATE BANK OF INDIA AND RECEIVED REGULAR SMS FOR EVERY TRANSACTION FROM BOTH THE ACCOUNTS AND CHECKING BALANCE ONLY ONE ACCOUNT OF TWO ACCOUNTS.

    On 11-1-2016 i was Sendung the Money on brijmohan Account but without selecting a Mobile Number Or Account Number Or ifsc Code the amount of 6000rs sent to brijmohans Account, and IT is showing successful in Portal. But i dont Know who iS Brij Mohan, how can you send Money on any Body. My Money Haß Been tranferred to wrong Person whome i dont recognize. I trid a Lot to Call on Tour helpline numbers but all Calls were incomplete.i Also Visited to Bank but the wäre also helpless. So Please tell ME how could i get My Money back ,Please Help
