bhim app को use करके मैंने रु 5000 transfer किये थे transactoin id 711205043738 था खाते से पैसे debit हो गए पर आगे पहुंचे नही है कृपया मेरी सहायता करें और मेरे पैसे वापस दिलाय

Two Fundamental improvement UPI or BHIm should do is
1. If a transaction has failed , then money should get credited back tot he source account instantly or within 15Min max .. Today, the challenge is if a transaction has failed, then it takes at-least 3 days for the money to get credited . This is a major flaw.

2. Exclusive customer care – > Today , i have tried but very poor support and with that, one gets broken when there is trouble . Please improve the same. If Point 1 is fixed, Point 2 gets less prio but its still important to have a strong professional customer care .

Never download the bhim app ek no. Ke defaulter app hai bc logo ne bahut logo transaction pending kr diye hai, or inka koi helpline no. Nahi hai..bc mera rs. Retuen ni kr rhe hai or report ka reply ni krte..
